Popeyes Chicken in Hinesville

Got my order wrong and that could be forgiven but the rude attitude and nasty looks are uncalled for. I was polite and courteous with the two employees I interacted with and they would just stare angrily. When we were leaving another guest actually asked one employee why he was so mad. Now I remember why I only ate popeys on ft Stewart. Stay away from this place.

Wasn't too bad we got the Popeyes chicken sandwich and it was pretty good a little greasy though,the lady in the Drive-Thru was kind of sketchy to say the least she didn't even say thank you for our order or anyting I mean regardless of it being really close to closing you know she could have at least said thank you. But the food was pretty decent I got it with no pickles of course real buttery, I'd get the sandwich again but possibly at a different Popeye's restaurant

Great food. You always get what you expect from Popeyes at this location. Wonderful staff and management.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I tried to order in drive thru and it’s absolutely hard to hear through and she was very rude. First time ordering at Popeyes and will never go again. You’re supposed to feel appreciated and wanted through customer service.

Pretty much threw everything away in family meal green beans were like thick with grease. Chicken skin was super greasy. Used to love popeyes :/. Waited like 30 minutes in line to even order. Nice drive-through person though.

Please renovate this location. Long slow olines. Intercom at drive thru is old. Not a good experience

Employees were very friendly. Store was busy; however, our order came out quickly. Didn't asked which dipping sauce we wanted with our chicken tenders, but the oversight was quickly remedied.

I was not given the chicken that I requested, also when I went inside to get it corrected, the Manager was rude The chicken that I received was not fresh,, it was hard and not crispy. Ruined my special treat for my family!!!

Don't use the online ordering. Its garbage and just leads to terrible customer service. Food is okay

Speaker not working. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a 3 piece dinner. Cleanliness not good in drive through area.

Look.... They is stingy with the gravy!. They put 1 teaspoon of gravy on the mash potatoes. And the chicken is nasty. It's never marinated!. I have to submerge the chicken in hot sauce to get some flavor. There are times that the order is completely wrong. And I have to turn around and correct it!

Absolutely horrible experience ever this was my first time getting food from popeyes and I will never return again. SLOW SERVICE! The drive thru speaker does not work and you can't hear anything what so ever. My husband and I ordered just two classic chicken combos and we ended up waiting 30 minutes for it. Meanwhile the staff is sitting in the back talking when orders should be made. NEVER WILL RETURN WORST FAST FOOD PLACE EVER!

Place an order online. Get to drive-thru 🚗 to pick it up. I'm told I have to go inside to pick up. Didn't get my food for another hour. Not sure why I waited. I must've really wanted Popeyes. Plus side the chicken 🐔 was fresh. (Was waiting on chicken the whole time.) Fries were soggy. Goes without saying I will not be returning anytime soon.

They didn't have chicken. Attitude at the window.

The person that was getting my order together was very rude I was getting a getting a 16 PC dinner and a 9 PC just chicken and she got the 16 PC in the bag and put it on the counter and I said I am getting a 9 PC also and she said did I hand you the order yet I will tell you when it is together that would have been fine but the box opened up in the bag and I reached in to shut it to keep the chicken warm and she snatched the bag out of my hand and put on the counter behind her and proceeded to tell me that it was not my order yet until she handed it to me I not only wanted to tell her I did not want the chicken anymore but to give me my 59 dollars back but had already told my company at my house we were getting Popeyes chicken for dinner

Came in for a Togo order....should have checked before I left!!!! Was told they only do the tenders for the $10 box...which is fine, but only gave me 5 tenders in one box and 4 in another when CLEARLY on the menu it says 6 tenders for the $10 box. Temp and freshness was ok....service was good except when I received from another employee...wondered why I was receiving 5 tenders when it says 6 on menu. Gave me a reason, "Its 5." Reason why I try not to go to any of the Popeyes.

Best service we've experienced in a while. The place was clean and they got us in and out. Five 🌟's the Ladies were awesome!

I have yet to have my order correct. The drive thru intercom hasn't worked in months.

I went around 2:30 n the drive thru speaker is not working so u have to order at the window. Ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and the sandwich had been sitting but wasnt bad. I like popeye's so I will be back.

I order #2 combo and my order was not even worth what I pay. I eat popeyes every where and never had this issue till my first experience in hinesville.and the guy was very un professional specially with this virus going on

Would not recommend going there anymore! The speaker to order was out, they were out of basic things like napkins, large cups, and even bbq sauce. cleanliness wasn’t great either. The worker in the drive thru was rude and I got the wrong order of food again for the second Time! This is a one star restaurant and recommend they be closed down!

Unbelievable how rude the cashier at the window was. I pulled up to the board to order and asked for a 9 (chicken sandwich meal). I was polite, she was not as she told me they were out. I asked if they we're out of 10 (spicy chicken sandwich) also and she said, "We don't have that either. Who knows if it'll ever be back. What do you want?" I just couldn't believe how rude she was. I told her never mind and we just left.

Not a good experience. My food wasn't even hot nor was it moist. Waitress was friendly but serving food that obviously was expired isn't good. I'm told I should have ordered the sandwich. Oh well, not going back. Yuk!

Drive through cashier very rude, didn't even give a total no greeting act like to good to take or wait on customers, drink had black stuff floating in it so apparently they don't clean machines.

Good and hot! The mash potatoes needed more gravy but the chicken was great!

Stopped in and got a chicken sandwich and was disappointed that they didn't have lettuce and tomato for the sandwich. Would have given it a five star.

How I just went to this popeyes in hinesville spent 50dollars on my order an had to wait for it that's not the problem the problem was when I got home with my 2 baby's ready to give them something to eat looked in the box there was nothing but breast when I tell you I live half of an hour away an I jus wasted 50dollars there is no way I can go back with the baby's at this time of the night so mad right now its crazy

I went to the drive-thru. The speaker was terrible. The girl at the window couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. I didn't get what I wanted even after trying to correct it at the window. There were no napkins in the bag and when I asked for them, it seemed to aggravate her because she had a line behind me, which wasn't my fault because of the speaker and she said to fix my order she had to get a manager to correct it in the register or I could just add a drink which would cost me more money- again wasn't my fault. Then, the shrimp was more batter than shrimp and it was greasy! AND the french fries were cold!

Popeye's was great! The food was hot, and the sandwich was delicious. If I had one complaint it would be that they need to update the speaker system, because they can't hear orders clearly and we have to go to the window to get the order read back because it was hard to hear through the speaker.

The food is great, but they alway mess up my order in the drive-thru.

I ordered combos but didn't get any drinks. They kept my change and charged me for 2 pies but didn't put them in the bag. HORRIBLE!!!!

Everytime I go to that popeyes, they never have all that I order. I ordered the 16pc meal box and they didn't have no wings at all,nor was I told this until I drove away,checked my box and drove back to the window and was told there was no wings left. Then the receipt had no store number on it so I can do my survey,which they don't want anyone to do because they don't want a bad rating.

Last two times in less than three weeks what I ordered through the drive thru has been the worse meal I have ever try and I said try because I have not been able to eat it for three radon’s; is not what I ask for, is cold, and is old something that I have not experienced from any other Popeyes. Sadly I won’t be able to support this business in Hinesville, GA any more.

SLOW service...you would think a chicken restaurant would know to COOK chicken but not this place...They are always OUT of one or another style...they act confused around rush hours as to what to do, and then discourage you from ordering by saying “it will be 30 minutes on such and such”. Most people just walk out.And don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews either And Yum Brands does not care...don’t bother complaining to them.

Best chicken experience in a couple years. Employees were very pleasantUPDATE! went there last week and like SHAZAM! total different place! server taking orders out of line. one person only , a slow one, working counter. very busy, and the food prepared haphazardly!
